If you are a physician and need to refer one of your patients for physical therapy, please fax your prescription form to 703-860-2348. If you desire to discuss a particular patient before referring them to us, please do not hesitate to call 703-860-2346.

We will keep you informed of all treatments and procedures performed on your patient and deliver progress reports in a timely manner. We are available for inquiries and consultations should there be a need, and we’ll call your office if we have questions or need clarification about your patient’s condition.
