Therapists

Donna Strait - Owner and Chief Physical Therapist - is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and control for all aspects of the clinic's day-to-day activities.  Her top priority remains taking care of patients in a way that surpasses all expectations. Donna stands by her motto: “Rather than focusing on the number of patients we treat, we prefer to focus on the number of patients we treat well.”

Donna completed her undergraduate degree at Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods and Exercise followed by her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Marymount University.

Donna is a Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and is a proud member of the American Physical Therapy Association’s Orthopedic Section and Private Practice Section.

Rebecca Williams - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). All PTA's employed by STRAIT Physical Therapy are Licensed by the Virginia Board of Physical Therapy. PTA's have specialized training to provide rehabilitative care to patients of all ages and health conditions. Under the care of a skilled therapist, patient's strive to improve mobility and function, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Rebecca received her Associate in Applied Science Degree - Physical Therapist Assistant - from Northern Virginia Community College.






Carolyn DiBella – Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Administration

Matt Strait – Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer. Matt is responsible for guiding and directing the financial activities of the company. Matt received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from Virginia Tech.

Austin Cooper – Healthcare Administrative Technician. Austin grew up in the Northern Virginia area and has been in medical administration for three years. She attended Virginia Tech and is continuing her education in the fields of nutrition, physical therapy, and rehabilitation.

Stephanie Dronenburg – Healthcare Administrative Technician. Stephanie is pursuing her undergraduate degree in E-Commerce Marketing from George Mason University. She is an excellent addition to our staff as she has undergone rehabilitation for her ACL in 2001.
